Join a monthy meeting group of people dedicated to being both supportive and supported through the stages of lyme disease. Meetings will include group discussion and simple relaxation techniques such as yoga, breathing and meditation that can be easily brought into daily living.
Please bring water and a mat if you have one. There will also be mats and blankets provided. Wear comfortable clothing to move in. Space is limited to 15 people, pre-registration is required.
