Anna Aurora

Anna Aurora (MA Psych., LCPC-c) has over 25 years of group facilitation experience in the realm of personal growth and healing; mind-body connection & movement; and family and relationship issues – both locally and internationally. She is a licensed therapist in Maine, a Certified 5Rhythms Movement Teacher (2001) as well as a Certified Family Constellations Facilitator (2011, 2014). The work of Carl Jung was a strong influence in her earlier career, and she has practiced and taught Authentic Movement since the late 90s. More recently, Anna also trained in EMDR and IFS and her work is trauma-informed. Both her group workshops and her private practice are welcoming of those who identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC and folks in alternative relationships.
