Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. The Health Coach recognizes and integrates body-mind-spirit principles and modalities, guiding the client in small integrative steps toward living a healthy lifestyle and reaching personal wellness goals.
