Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) — known as tapping, applies the same concepts as acupuncture but without the use of needles. This therapy process involves tapping on appropriate meridians to eliminate energy jams and emotional blockages.
Gary Craig, who developed EFT in the 19990s, said that it “integrates beautifully as a tool to rid ourselves of the emotional debris that is in our way of achieving spiritual awareness.”
