The Camden Whole Health free movie screening of the month for February is Forks Over Knives, which examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting animal-based and processed foods. This documentary stresses that processed foods and all oils should be avoided. This is sometimes confused with a vegan diet, which in practice can be very different. The whole-food, plant-based diet promotes eating whole, unrefined or minimally refined plant-based foods.
This screening will take place the last Sunday of the month (February 24) at 5PM and will be hosted by Danielle Jacoby — L.M.T.. Danielle is a highly trained, experienced, and gifted massage therapist and she will be on hand to lead a discussion after the movie. Please plan to stick around. Tea and light snacks will also be available. We hope you can join us.
