Never tried yoga? Has it been recommended but you aren’t sure where to begin? This is for you!
Spend time in a safe, relaxed and interactive environment learning yoga terms and perceptions; benefits physically, mentally and emotionally; breaking down the beginner-friendly poses and breathwork, with questions and discussion encouraged. Options offered and explored-we make the pose fit the body, not the body to the pose.
This two-hour workshop half will be the education, discussion and preparation (bring questions!) and the second half a gentle practice, pausing as needed to feel comfortable in your own body.
Donation workshop (suggested $15), bring own mat if available, water bottle, dress comfortably (with layers).
