30-Minute Guided imagery meditation using the five elements to cultivate inner peace

Join Dr. Barb MacDonald, ND, LAc in a brief guided imagery and therapeutic breathing event intended to start the cultivation of peace and compassion for yourself and others. You will learn how fire, earth, metal, water and wood represent organ systems and emotions and how to use this knowledge to relieve stress, resentments and other emotions.
In-person – first ten to register by email camdenwholehealth3@gmail.com (Cynthia) – you will receive a confirmation if you are registered for in-person or a zoom link if that is full.

What to bring and do:
Sanitize hands upon entry, wearing a mask, comfortable clothing, beach chair if you can’t sit comfortably on a mat and a wrap or blanket if you chill easily
Please do not come if you have a new or unusual cough, fever, shortness of breath, diarrhea, headache, body aches or chills – you can zoom if you are uncertain if you are unwell in any way please.
